The Owner of this site will never sell registered
subscribers' User information, names, or contact
information. Information gathered from course
registration or items purchased through this website will
never be shared or sold to others.
Cancellation & Return Policies.
Below is our policy for cancellation of class and return of
funds. Payments attached to a refund transaction will
be processed within 10 working days from the date
of
approval.
Classroom Training
If you are pre-registered for classroom training and
would like to cancel for any reason, the following
policies are enacted based on time
of cancellation.
- Cancellation within 2 weeks
prior to class start -- confirmed registrants will
be refunded 100% of fees paid. We also offer
an option for credit to be applied to future
courses. You must contact
support@technically-speaking.com within
the designated period in order to qualify for
cancellation and refund.
- Cancellation within 7 days
prior to class start -- confirmed registrants will
be refunded 50% of the class fees. At their
option, registrant may take the refund in payment
form or apply the refund amount as a credit toward
future courses. You must contact TSI
within the designated period in order to qualify for
cancellation and refund.
- Cancellation within 48
hours prior to class start -- confirmed registrants
will not be eligible for a refund, but can, however,
apply 100%
of the payment toward future course work.

period in order to qualify for cancellation and
course credit.
Training Materials
- Physical Training Materials
including manuals, CDs, etc., are fully refundable
within 30 days of purchase. You must contact
TSI for a
refund approval.
- Digitally Formatted
Training Materials that were downloaded from the TSI
site are refundable within 15 days of purchase.

Premium Logo Items
We will gladly refund any
purchased TSI logo items within 30 days of its purchase.
